Factors like your location, property type, and project scale determine the need for planning permission. Typically, larger projects, like complete renovations or new constructions, require it. We advise clients to consult local authorities for approval. We’re here to assist you through this process for a smoother approval journey.

We operate on a fixed price model, ensuring that the agreed-upon quotation remains unchanged unless additional add-ons are introduced mid-project. Should you opt to include extra work, we’ll schedule a meeting to discuss these adjustments and provide a revised quote. There should never be any unexpected expenses along the way.

Certainly, our quotes include a comprehensive list of available add-ons. Should you wish to incorporate additional services during the project, we’ll gladly arrange a meeting to discuss and adjust the scope accordingly, ensuring transparency in the final quote.

Once your project has been quoted and the contract finalised, we will request a 20% deposit. This deposit is necessary to allocate resources, order essential materials and plants, as well as long-lead items for the project.
